* There is still big, but not so great, only 1 bed 1 bath
* This is a luxury apartment
* The rent amounts to 550 W / Utilities
* Close to campus, 5 min. out
* Do you have a more open society

Cons

* Sneaking No pets are allowed, and I consider myself, thought I would do it?
* Includes only 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, but I'm the only one living there
