Advice needed from people with, or people who know, hypermobile joint syndrome.? - crack per hi play pro 6.1

Hello everyone,

I have the hypermobility of the joints that crack and crises as a band and I can not do tricks like using his fingers to 90 degrees against my hand, etc. etc. This bothers me too much in general, not being familiar with them, cracks, but in the last few days I had pain in the joints. My hips and knees are sore to the point that you really do not sleep quietly at night, I can not comfortably seated or lying down, I do not know, support for long periods of time. I do not want me as proactive as possible in this context, everybody can help you recommend? I would not really help to pop painkillers, things like yoga or massage? Is there a specific type of exercise that you can do to prevent asthma attacks too? Everyone has opinions would be very grateful. When I see a difference of 25 years, was the slightly overweight, but not too much, go to the gym 3-4 times per week, but I have a very sedentary (office) jobs.

I have hypermobility syndrome and all the effects thought of me, my shoulders as the legs were not quite similar. Some things I am saying is that yoga is always to help you think about when you do not push too far, and any type of exercise that the common problem always leads to pain shattered the next day. I still do not exercise for you and in rowing and cycling. My shoulders are always less likely to move when there are strong around the muscle, as well.
