Differences exist between the protein profiles. Some have more calories, a little more protein, some have more fat, so weight will win a protein shake with three times the amount of calories and fat. If you wana start Puttin Cached - choose to give more weight (but not win), my recommendation. Good taste, cheap, easily visible from proteins would - "Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein Gold Standard. He has a good amino acid profile, rich in protein, adequate calories and less fat. I have this protein for ever and I love it! Look They are the comments about it - if nobody believes me.

Add a banana, oatmeal and milk - have a delicious nutritious protein shake!

Do not bother to replace with a delicious meal. Enjoy a drink with protein in 15 minutes after exercise for optimal absorption. Good luck dude!

Right from the bed of 50 grams Shake / Smoothie
Immediately after the 50 training programs Shake / Smoothie
Shake just before bed 50 g / Smoothie

So sometimes when I wake up in the middle of the night, I go into the kitchen and shake a handful of 50 grams.

I think they are a meal replacement for weight loss compared to weight gain.

Try to forget your intake of red meat and do not work regularly.
